This is the new top being worn by every manager and most players in Spring Training . Very lightweight and has a weave to it, not a solid polyester fabric . Sleeves can be removed at the factory installed seams at the short sleeve area . Once cut and removed, they can not be replaced though . Overall a very good top . I sized up and I am 6' 1 '', 200 pounds . Fits tighter in the shoulder areas than previous years models .
