With the leg drawstring open, these pants cover my ankles and look smart, not just sporty. The pockets are divine and do not gap when not in use. Love these pants! I have gotten many compliments on them from my family. I ’ m thin so I got the XS and the fit great. Not too tight but fitted enough to to be flattering not feel like your wearing hiking pants. There are tons of pockets and I mean pockets that actually hold things including your phone! Thanks Columbia cause in women ’s pants this is a rare feature these days. I do wish there were more color variations.

I love these pants. Lightweight, comfortable, and look great on you( at least I think they look great one me) I always have a hard time finding pants short enough for me. Normally short inseams are always too long for me, but these pants are perfect for a short gal like me. These are really comfortable when I ’ m out and about or working around the house. [ These pants are so versatile you can use it for everyday use. I love the rain and stain repellant feature because water just slides through it. It is also light enough that when washed i do n't need to put it in the dryer, i just hang it to air dry. I bought a pair last year and a 2nd pair just recently in a different color. the only i wish theses pants have are elastic waistband. The recommended use is hiking and when hiking the elastic waist band would 've been more comfortable with all that moving and bending you will do. But i still love it! and i love the belt hoops that becomes additional hooks to whatever you may want to keep in your person that is easily accessible.

As a larger guy, I 've always struggled with buying baseball pants. They 're always either skin tight, or so baggy that I 'd fear a strong gust of wind would sail me away. These pants are the best compromise on the market. Take it from me, I 've tried EVERYTHING. They offer plenty of room for movement, while still looking like a professional grade pant. I 'm a lifelong consumer. P. S. I recommend buying a size smaller than normal. I 'm normally a true 2XL guy in everything, but I 'm an XL in these.
