I recently bought this hat to keep the Florida sun off my ears and neck. It does a very good job at that. It also made of a light weight material and is easy to clean after when I can ’ t keep my hands off my hat. I have worn it for 4 18 hole rounds and still don ’ t have sweat stains on it, it has nice inside band that appears to absorb the sweat very well. It is also a nice size and not overly large.

I have worn a gambler straw hat when playing golf for more years than I can remember. They are comfortable, cool and good sun protection. Emphasis on the sun protection. I have no real skin problems compared to my golf friends who wear caps. That was n't the reason I originally wore the hat but it is now.
