We have used this bat with my daughters hitting coach so we bought one for us to work at home. I really like this bat because there is instant feedback on the hit. There is no way to cheat at the technique. Palm up palm down is a must to hit in the zone. Teaches hands inside and in front the ball and works great with one hand drills. The squish balls work the best with this but we have been using tennis balls. No hard balls! Don ’ t worry about the under 12 over 12 sizing. They are all the same size bat “ arm and paddle ” the only difference is the grip size( length). Dicks carry ’s only size 6 and size 7. We got a 7. I would recommend it. But it is a little over priced for what it is.

All the kids on my team love to use it and seem to immediately transfer the swing action developed with this directly to live pitching. A team that hits to to bottom will be hard to stop! I do question the durability of this however. It does n't have a good sturdy feel to it.
