I love that the knife storage is conveniently located in the cheese board. The slate comes off for easy cleanup which will keep the wood looking nice over time. The ONLY issue I have found with this set is that when opening the drawer for knife storage, the stain of the wood is n't covering the entire drawer. You can tell it was stained after the drawer was inserted into the board, which I find off. It makes the set look cheap and unfinished. Luckily, that part can be hidden for most of the time so it's not too big of a deal.

Also the slate stone has sharp edges at certain areas. Overall this board looks good and can be used for so many occassions but the finishing could be better. My favorite are the knives.

You can tell it was stained after the drawer was inserted into the board, which I find off. It makes the set look cheap and unfinished. Luckily, that part can be hidden for most of the time so it's not too big of a deal.
