Our 2nd Marucci bat purchase. Loved the first one and this one ’s even better. We have the hype fire also but my son ’s swing stays true with the Marucci because it ’s well balanced. Great pop and sound. I believe it ’s one of the louder bats you ’ ll hear at the field

I got this for my 11 yr old( last fall) who plays rec ball. He really likes to swing a one piece and this bat has been his overall favorite. I do n't want to try and compare it to others but after spending this much$ on a bat, I 'm always looking for feedback from him to know if it was a good/bad purchase. It's so well balanced and his hand/eye coordination are so good, he rarely misses( he likes to strike out looking not swinging). The grip is sticky, and the ping of the bat is deafening. When we 're at the indoor cages, it's really easy to find him simply due to the ear shattering noise this bat makes. He's probably hit 500- 600 baseballs with it on a pitching machine@ ~60mph and there's no damage to the bat at this time.

My son was needing a new bat and we wanted to try and avoid the higher priced 4- 500 bats at this time and we really liked this Marucci bat. Matches the school colors, has good pop, and is a 29 which he handles well! Great purchase.
