The black/black colorway makes it so easy to dress with all of my baby's clothes. The easyon velcro is such a lifesaver; it makes it so easy to slip onto a fidgety toddler instead of having to tie, untie and loosen shoelaces. My son is now 16 months and usually wears a 5. I got these in a 4c since he fit the Force 1 Mids in a 4c, but these seemed to fit a little tighter than the Mids, so he did n't enjoy having them on at all. I do n't know if it's the size or width, but they kind of look like cute doll shoes when worn on my baby boy.

[ I got these for my one and a half year old son who is just starting to walk, and they ’ re solid toddler shoes. First off, the design is the classic Air Force 1 look that you ’ d expect in the adult shoe, just on a smaller scale for little ones. The shoes are easy to get on and off with the velcro fastening on the outer side of the laces, which is essential when trying to dress busy toddlers. The insole has a bouncy cushion feel and the rubber bottom sole provides secure traction- both great design features for new walkers. So far, the leather top of the shoe seems durable and easy to clean- also important features for kids shoes. We also have the mid- top Air Force 1 for him, and I think they provide more ankle support than this low- top style, but I ’ m sure these will be better for him once he ’s more confident in his walking. Overall, I ’ d recommend these for style for non- walking babies and toddlers, and style and comfort for established walkers, but maybe wait on them for new walkers.
