I bought this on a whim because the tvp anti fog doesn ’ t last very long at all. The first application I was a bit skeptical cuz it fogged a bit but then I reapplied and no more fog for about an hour of diving in cold water. I only have to apply once now every dive session. Typically I go for about 1- 2 hours of diving. Hope this helps.

I use this hat whenever I have to go outside for more than 5 minutes. The brim is extra wide and extra long in how it wraps around your head. I have a degenerative eye disease and am also quite photophobic so this hat is a godsend. Not only does it shield my face completely from the sun all the way around from ear to ear, the sides of the brim are out of the normal field of vision so it does not distract from my ability to see peripherally.
