The ability to lay flat or use the extra cushion to prop yourself up is an awesome feature. If you do n't want to be fully propped up, all you have to do is let some air out of the prop cushion and adjust to your liking. When laying flat, you can attached the prop cushion to the back of the float, so it's easily available and in reach when you want to use it again. Another nice feature. Its perfect for the smaller kids since they can ride it as if it were a boat or I can work on my tan while I lay on it. I was between these and the teardrop West Marine ones and I am so happy I bought these. We got 3 for the boat three summers ago and the kids( and adults) all love them. We clean them and bring them in for the winter and the kids use them more than the couch! Big Joe sells a refill bag and we recently refilled them so they were stuffed again. You could also use the refill to add more of “ beans ” to make it fuller if you prefer. The West Marine ones are not refillable so once they lose shape they are garbage.

My kids really love this product, especially the kids under age 10. It's fun for lounging on, and the kids love to try and stand up. It's fun for them to jump off of and for wrestling. We had it at the lake with about 6 kids playing on it at one time. They stayed on it almost the whole day, and we had people come over to look at it because the kids loved it so much. It is inflatable, so it packs easily if you 're taking it somewhere for the day. If you 're somewhere without power, you 'll need to buy something to use to inflate it. If you 're using it at a lake or in a river you will want to buy an anchor as well to keep it from going places that you do n't want it to. It does come with some rope that you can use to tie it to a boat, dock, or anchor. It's called a walkway, but be advised that it is very difficult to walk on this. We are so, so pleased we bought this for our baby to use. He absolutely loves kicking, playing and moving around in the float. As parents of a baby, it allows us to safely play and participate with him without being too concerned that something is going to happen. The only issue we have is that the sun canopy does n't work very well. It tends to not stay upright.

I like this float because it doesn ’ t require air. It ’s got a nice harness and seems super stable in the water. The one negative is that the sun hood is a bit flimsy and confusing to attach. The instructions are super vague- mostly odd pictures that make no sense. Eventually you figure it out and it works well enough. All in all it ’s better than blow up ones I ’ ve seen.

Very supportive/sturdy, plenty of room, and it ’s great having both cup holders and handles on either side. Inflates easily with 1 air nozzle for the back and 1 for the bottom.
