But it ’s February in Wisconsin so they are hanging tight praying that warm summer days will soon be upon us. There is a timer on the pump that a big plus for me. The only thing is the instructions talk about liners to put down that a package comes with. This one does not. So just make sure you get one to lay down first.

[ I ’ ve really been loving working out with this set in my pool! I prefer it to my gym workouts because it ’s so refreshing. First, it comes with a waterproof instruction manual that ’s loaded with workouts and how to properly use the equipment, and a flotation belt- a good flotation belt can additionally be used for snorkeling, relaxing and floating in the pool, or in this case, for support while working out. It provides extra buoyancy, supporting your torso, to keep you stable and vertical in the water. This floatation belt has a really long adjustable strap and buckle, and fit both me and my partner when adjusted correctly, and had no issue keeping us afloat when we each tried it. It is also very comfortable! It did not snag on our bathing suits. The webbed gloves fit me very well and have an adjustable Velcro strap to lock them down in place. They ’ re for adding resistance while working out your upper body with the dumbbells. The dumbbells are very light out of the water, as they ’ re foam, and very portable! It was easy taking them to and from the pool in between workouts. I really enjoyed using the dumbbells underwater! It ’s a fun yet relaxing workout. If you have back problems or have tremors like me, I highly recommend trying Aquafitness. You ’ ll get a good workout, without the high stakes moving around heavy workout equipment, like real dumbbells. [ This Intex quick set pool is a fantastic choice especially for those with small yards or people embarking on their first out of ground pool journey. Some of the pros include:- Very fast and easy installation- Incredibly durable and tear resistant- Easy to install filter- Included is a DVD answering any question you may have I have purchased several Intex pools over the years have been happy with each and every one of them. I 've never had an issue with tearing as they 're incredibly durable and made with special tear resistant material. When they say kwikset, they really mean it. The most time consuming part of this process will be leveling whatever ground you 're going to place the pool on top of. After that it's a breeze the pool essentially fills itself and lifts its own walls up. Filters are made very well and last all season long and then some with no issues. I would still recommend using chemicals in your pool but you can certainly plan on using a lot less of them with these filters in action. You can easily fit four to six people in the size and I know you 'll be really happy with it as we have been happy with all of our Intex pools. I recommend this product for people who are about to journey into their first pool and those with a small to medium yard.

You really don ’ t need to do much for the setup process just find a good flat surface to put the pool and inflate the ring around the pool. Then you set up the pump which was super easy. After these sets I turn on the water holes so it can get full it does take a while. I didn ’ t really time it but it does take approximately 3- 4 hours max. [ Living in Arizona, a backyard pool is almost a must have item when purchasing a home. We LIVE in the pool for 6- 7 months out of the year so, we ’ ve also had plenty of experience with pool hoops. As soon as I took the parts for this Dunn- Rite Splash and Shoot kit out of the box, I knew right away this one was different than others we have purchased in the past. The quality of the parts, the seams in the welds, the backboard material, the net and even the basketball they throw in are far superior to other pool hoops at this same price point. Setup was quick and the instructions were clear. As we have 3 teenage boys, we set ours to the highest recommended height to make it difficult for them to hang on the rim but, I am confident as long as they don ’ t jump from the deck and hang on it, it will not break or tumble into the pool. The base is very sturdy and doesn ’ t move around at all. We had one licensed by the NBA that seemed well made but the base was not designed to hold up to 3 teenage boys and their friends and it was trashed within an Arizona summer. This one seems built to last. We have only just put it out so time will tell if the 120 degree heat and wear and tear from teenagers being teenagers will change my opinion but I ’ m confident that this one will last if treated properly. 100% recommend!

[ After a long winter this past week we were able to open our pool and actually use it. The best part was we were able to setup and play wot our new Dunn- Rite Splash and Shoot Basketball Hoop. This is an absolutely fun activity for me, my husband, kids and neighbors!! Installation was quite quick with perfectly written directions and everything you need in the box. My husband and I was able to setup and install this basketball hoop in under an hour next to our pool. All of the kids got a kick out of if! [ Dunn- Rite Splash& Shoot Adjustable Height Swimming Pool Basketball Hoop is super sturdy and great for older kids and adults. The rim is stainless steel, so definitely quality here. We have 4 kids, 7- 15 and they enjoy the game while swimming. It ’s placed on our deck with our above ground pool, perfect height and it hangs over the pool- which is awesome! That means that the kids( or us adults) are not constantly getting out of the pool to retrieve a ball. And even more so here, you can adjust the height of the rim so that players of different heights can enjoy it, simply by adjusting 4 bolts, which is great since it secures the set better! Our pool is saltwater too, and we have yet to see any rust issues, but may place silicone over the screws& bolts to allow a protective shield just in case for protection. The entire set stays in place while in use. The base is heavy duty plastic very heavy when filled with water, states that it weighs about 200 lbs when filled, and totally seems like it. You could fill with sand if wanted too. We have it currently filled with water, so that when fall does hit here in our region we ’ re able to empty easily into the pool without moving, then disassemble to store for the cooler months. The instructions are easy to follow but the backboard is a bit tricky to put on, best with 2 people at this point in the process as one will need to hold up the backboard while the other is able to place the screw in. The cool thing for me as I love to decorate is that this clear option that we received is not an eye sore out on the patio. It ’s a nice clean look while allowing the kids to have more fun. This is the ideal set up for our little ballers.

I was excited when we received the pool basketball set. My grandchildren love our pool but are ready for a new game. When we received the basketball set, we weren ’ t sure how it would assemble. Assembly was easy. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It only took about 10 minutes. We were impressed with the quality of the product. Everything needed was included, including the needle to inflate the ball. All connections were easy to make. There are covers for all open connections. When finished, we put the completed unit on a box to see how it would work. The backboard is adjustable so it will work on our deck. We are looking forward to using the basketball set when we open our pool in May.

Well built, ready for fun family time! This is way better and doesn ’ t have the cheap plastic feel to it. Usually the sun fades the lines and decals, but not so far on this one. I actually had to heat the pool so the kids could get in and use it!

We haven ’ t used this yet but this is going to be amazing once we warm up the pool and use it to play basketball. It ’s very sturdy and looks like it will hold up nicely. The kids are excited about using it and I think it will last for quite a while. Great add on to our pool.

This backboard is so much more attractive than our older one. The height of the clear board enhances the experience. Be advised, the ball that comes with it is a hard rubber ball, making it more durable, but painful if hit while in the pool. The stand is sturdy. The overall set makes a nice addition to the pool area without being much of an eyesore.

Pool basketball hoop is well constructed and sturdy. Easy to put together. Kids unfortunately have not been in pool due to excessive SoCal rain, however my boys enjoyed shooting baskets from across the pool into the hoop which kept them entertained a couple of hours. [ Living in Houston sun protection is an absolute must- have. This set is great for our little guy and since it's North Face we know it's built to last. We liked it so much we ended up buying another color since we spend so much time in the water. We found the sizing to be generous so we actually went down a size from our initial order. No worries as North Face has free returns. We know we 'll be able to use this for quite some time to come and then pass it down to the next kiddo in line. Definitely recommend!
