I bought these to slip on and run around the house. There was not guidance on what the S/M vs L/XL covered in shoe sizes so I chickened out and bought the larger one. Big mistake! The L/XL will easily fit a 10- 12 in women's shoes. I did n't reorder, but I did n't return them either. I have granddaughters with huge feet so plan on using them as gifts because of the price.
