For the pink dress I ordered, I washed the black seams first in the sink and rung it out, and did n't have the same problem. I bought this two months ago and I 've worn it so many times since. I 'm 5' 2 '' 100lbs and the skirt falls to mid- thigh. I 'm rectangle shaped and for a lot of the Wilson skirts and dresses with a waistband( ex. Tiebreaker Dress) I need size S, but I got this dress in XS and the waist fits perfectly, if a tiny bit roomy. I have a small chest and the chest area fits me perfectly with a thin sports bra so be aware of that. The dress does NOT come with shorts or built in bra. On days I sweat alot, the sweat does show. No functional issues when playing tennis.

The minute this dress came out I knew I wanted it bc the style was so unique however it was the COLOR that really got me excited! This color “ Safari ” is so unique when it comes to tennis clothing- very chic and used often in ‘ real ’ world but not so much in athletic apparel. I missed this color in the Midtown set and could never find my size in both skirt and top. Needless to say I jumped at chance to buy this dress in this color. Fit is great- love that there is a built in bra w substantial support and as a one piece I also love how high waisted it is. You can certainly pull it down a bit if you don ’ t like wearing dresses high but I LOVE all things high waisted bc of my height( 5 ’ 11) and this dress gets it right. You need to be careful however bc the skirt is of delicate material and can( and will) snag if you aren ’ t gentle with it. I did notice a very small snag in mine during my first wearing of it while teaching a lesson- which was a bummer. So be gentle if you can! Tons of compliments and looks great with a tan. Plays very very well and is not too long nor is the skirt too heavy whatsoever. Highly recommend and once my size is back in stock I ’ d love to get the purple one!!
