[ I have had many pairs of Metcons over the years and these are the best yet! They fit true to size and are comfortable from the first wear. I use them for CrossFit workouts and they provide a ton of support and comfort even after the hardest workout. [ These shoes are excellent quality. The fabric feels very durable, which is a must have when it comes to work out shoes. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. I lift weights frequently and the firmness of these shoes helps me to feel both balanced and supported. I love the design, it goes well with literally anything that I wear. The inside is made of a soft foam and is very comfortable I had no problem wearing them all day.

[ At first glance when taking the Metcon 9's out of the box I thought for sure they were going to be too big. I was extremely happy once I put them on that I was wrong because I loved the color, design, and weight of the shoe. The shoe looks wider than necessary when you look at it( or maybe I 'm just used to more narrow looking shoes), but once it is on you realize that the shoe hugs your food just right and allows space for your foot to expand while moving. If you are more into the natural fit then this is the shoe for you. The heel is a lot more stiff than I 'm used to for Nike, but to be honest, I like it a lot better that way. The shoe holds on to your heel for next to no movement. The grip on the shoe is next level as well, I 'm in the mountains, we hike a lot on unsteady terrain. The soles on these shoes gripped everything just right. The fabric breathes, but will also get wet very easily, I would n't wear these on a rainy day or on a rainy excursion. Love the velcro flap on the tongue to hold the shoe laces in place! That's a nice touch I had yet to see in any sneaker design.

So comfortable! I stopped wearing Nike years ago because I never thought they were comfortable. I walk alot so I need comfortable shoes. The brands I normally buy are comfortable but I wear them out too fast. I googled the best walking shoes and these shoes were listed as# 1. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. These are the best sneakers I 've ever owned. I 'm an avid walker. I do 6 miles in the morning and 4 miles in the evening. They are super comfy and very slip resistant. I bought 2 more pair. Some say to get a 1/2 size up but I disagree. I 'm a 9 and the 9 fitls perfectly with a touch of extra room. Love them:)
