The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the pole is too lightweight and the ball came off the string the second day we played it. We bought this for Grandma's backyard and we have been over there once to use it, and so far, so good, we had a lot of fun. I looked up reviews on websites about this product and some people complained about it breaking in various ways within the first 5 minutes. But it seems to be pretty durable to me, and made it through a good couple hours of me whacking the ball as hard as I could, as well as a tween and preschooler. I bought this for Christmas. My nephew was thrilled, as was I, with the quality of the flag football set I purchased, the service I received at the store, and all things Dick's. He is only 11, so I expect it to last well into his real football years. I hope, though, that his parents veto high school football based on current research regarding concussions and CTI.

I ordered both sets and thought I had been set an incomplete/substituted set. I was wrong. Unbeknownst to me, someone had gotten into the equipment and switched it around. The sets I received from Dick's were high quality, easy to use and are holding up great after several weeks now of second and fourth graders using them. The only thing I would change is making the end markers larger. They can get lost in taller grass. Other than that, this is an excellent purchase I would recommend many times over.

I bought the Tetherball set. The ball comes deflated. When trying to put the needle into the ball to inflate it, the valve slipped inside the ball. Emailed Park and Sun with a photo and about 3 days later we received a new ball.

So far, the tetherball set seems to be of good quality. The only questionable part is the cheap plastic sleeve that needs to be cemented into the ground. Since I did not want a big hunk of concrete in my backyard forever, I went to Home Depot and got a piece of pipe and hammered it into the ground. Then I can easily remove it whenever the kids are no longer interested. Working well so far.

We got this a few weeks ago and have used it several times. The frame is solid and sturdy, and doesn ’ t bounce around when you toss the balls. We don ’ t take it apart and just keep it in the garage- it fits in a tight little spot so ready to go when we want to get it out to play. Great price, too!

Recently purchased so not a lot of time spent with it however the initial impression at or exceeded expectations. Solid heavy duty construction, excellent finish. The bags are well made with quality material. The scoring system adds value as buying a separate scoring tool would add$ 30 or more. It is heavy and no case so if moving it around will will be a little harder though there are handles. Overall good game.

This is a great set that should last! The boards are heavy and will stay put. The cutouts on the side make it a lot easier to move and carry. surprisingly sturdy, very easy to assemble and disassemble. we took it camping and it stayed out in rainy and windy conditions, fell over once after a strong gust of wind but other than that it stayed standing without even using the hardware.
