I 'm 5'10 '' 160 lbs and bought size M. It fits really well and looks sharp. My only slight criticism of the shirt is that the long sleeve has a super thick seem where it appears the bottom of the sleeve was stitched on to the short part of the sleeve. Overall very happy with the fit and look.
