These pants have a medium to lightweight fabric. I would say they are good for all seasons except winter. They are SLIGHTLY looser fitting than other joggers I have purchased( same brand), and tthey have somewhat of a wrinkly casual look. I have bought four pairs of the FP Tempo Tank and it ’s unbelievably soft and stretchy. I would recommend you size down one as it can feel quite loose once you wear it. I am usually and XS and I stayed that way but if a smaller size was offered that ’ d probably fit better. I fit into a small perfectly fine though, just loose.

I kept me cool and dry and was also loose enough that I had room to move around. I hate when I feel constricted in my workout clothes, this was not the case with this shirt! The only part I did not like was the cut of the armpit. It was cut just a tad too low, which was fine for when I was working out. The fit is great, I am 5' 8 and 145lbs and its loose but fits great. Every time I wear this I get compliments. With something high waisted it does not show too much skin but it does keep me cool in hot summer cardio days. The fabric is soft and not itchy, it does stretch well. I did not think I would have liked how it swoops down in the front but I do like it because it does cover a little more of my stomach. I honestly do n't think I would change anything, if I wanted a tighter fit I would order a small, but these are pretty TTS.
