I never would have thought that I would buy and wear a one piece swimsuit as a 55 yr old woman--- far too revealing. However, I really like this swimsuit! It will feel very snug, but it has held up quite well to the chlorine and wringing out. I 've been using it twice a week for several months, and it appears almost new. You MUST order two sizes up. So, if you are normally an 8, you need to buy a 12. And it will still feel very snug. I like how the legs are n't too high, and the lycra does n't give out( sag) in the behind. I chose this swimsuit because I saw the ruching on the sides, and even though it is not a “ maternity ” swim suit, it fits my 8 month bump perfect!! I love it. The quality is really nice and thick. I am naturally large chested even pre pregnancy and usually have a hard time with strapless items, but there is reinforcement on the sides that will keep it up. The back of the suit is full coverage, but I still paired it with a cover up to feel more even more covered. It also comes with optional straps to hook on if you ’ d like. This is for those who are looking for shorts that do n't ride up on the legs. These Jammers go down the leg to about three inches above the knee. They have a close fit but are not tight. they are true to size. They feature a wide waist band that holds well. The material is not as soft as some of the other items by Dolfin. It seems thinner as well. The only real problem with them is that they have a large, stiff, tag on the backside that can cause irritation.

I am a middle- aged woman who loves to swim.( Specs: 51 years old, 5' 5 '', 135 lbs; medium- sized jammers; whatever excess weight I have is all located on my derriere.) These Dolfin Jammer shorts are ideal. They hug the body and create no drag in the water. They are extremely comfortable and do not pinch or bind anywhere. In fact, these shorts are so comfortable, they 're barely noticeable, either in the water or when wearing them to the pool under clothing. They are easy to take on and off. They are figure- flattering( particularly for those women whose thighs are not as toned as they once were), in part because the shorts descend to about 3- 4 inches above the knee. Because I 've been swimming in my Dolfin jammers for only about two months, I can not say with great certainty that they 're durable, although, so far, they give every indication that they are.( Post- swimming, I always soak them in a pail of water and Woolite.) My only complaint is that the elastic twists a bit in the waistband, and so I must flattened out the elastic band as the shorts are drying( happily, only once per drying session). Overall, I am extremely happy with my Dolfin shorts and plan to buy this product for years to come, as long as Dick's keeps selling them. I wear these shorts with takini tops. I am happier with these shorts than with the Dolfin one- piece suit, which pulls on the shoulders and which flattens the bust completely.

Using the size chart I bought the 36( I 'm a US size 4 typically, 126 lbs and 5'- 5 '') from another store. I swim a mile in a saline pool 3 x a week. It is flattering, the bottoms are cut sensibly( not too naughty but not too boring either!), it moves with me and I love it so much I 'm going to buy another. It has n't gone baggy, worn out or started to show signs of wear even after 4 months of intensive swimming in a pool. Extremely good value.

I received these wide banded swim bottoms in a light lilac color and I absolutely love them. Thet are flattering and fit very comfortably. They did not ride up at all and I only wish I could have purchased a calia top in the same color before my size sold out.

I only got the bottoms. The material is amazing! Holds in place, can not see through them, and feels great they don ’ t make me so itchy compared to others. They fit amazingly in the front but sadly they were too tight in the back.

Super comfortable! The fit at the top of the bottoms is not too tight, which is not easy to find. It does have enough elastic that it does not fall down; stays in place very well. It does seem to hug a little more at the sides, but not too tight--- this is generally a problem area for me with bottoms and these are excellent. The material is nice, soft yet durable. Not too thick that it takes an extended period of time to dry after a swim. These are also very stylish and look great. Not a bad thing to report on this product.

I was so surprised by how much I loved this bathing suit. I only have the bottoms but they are so comfortable. Fitted where they need to be and not too tight in the bulging areas.
