I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. I have a smaller head, and even adult size small can be too big for me. This children's size large sun hat is great. It is light weight, quality fabric, adjustable, and I like that it has a string so if it gets windy it stays on. The brim covers enough to keep the sun off. I live in Florida. I have a large head and typically will wear a baseball cap on the beach because hair needs to be back, this hat is amazing!!
