I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Best long- sleeve top I ’ ve ever used. I wear this top for treadmill running and general workout exercises in my garage. It keeps me warm during cooler months and wicks away sweat when it ’s warmer. It ’s going to be an ideal extra layer during winter months. Being short( 5 ’ 3 ”) and of slight build, the small size top is marginally loose on me, nevertheless it is very comfortable to wear. The sleeves are long for my height, so I trimmed and sewed to a more suitable length. I am very pleased with this excellent top.

I love this shirt. Back for more. I sweat a lot and am yet to find a better running shirt for hot, humid Midwest( U. S.) Summer running. The way I sweat, every run shirt gets wet, but this shirt handles it much better than most by not clinging to my sides at all. Yes, it gets some snags over time and washing( been using mine for ~2 years). This is to be expected with the lightweight material, and I would rather be this comfortable on a run with some micro- snags. I like just a little more room in shirts, and at 6 ft tall, 160 lbs, the Large is perfect.
