Fits exactly as described…I went up a size to get a slightly looser feel( I wear these tops for MMA and HIIT). Shoulder construction allows you to move with no binding/pinching. I love this shirt. Back for more. I sweat a lot and am yet to find a better running shirt for hot, humid Midwest( U. S.) Summer running. The way I sweat, every run shirt gets wet, but this shirt handles it much better than most by not clinging to my sides at all. Yes, it gets some snags over time and washing( been using mine for ~2 years). This is to be expected with the lightweight material, and I would rather be this comfortable on a run with some micro- snags. I like just a little more room in shirts, and at 6 ft tall, 160 lbs, the Large is perfect.
