After reading the reviews, I decided to go with size L. I 'm really glad I did! The size is perfectly oversized-- not so big that they 're uncomfortable or unstylish, but not tight at all either. The only thing is these are not pink like they look in the pics. They 're more like a lilac gray. Very pretty still, just did n't expect the color to be so off.

A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. My favorite on this top is the side pocket that can fit your phone, but won ’ t move around and cause your phone to fall out during a workout session. I also love that you have thumb holes in the top and can also fold the sleeves back on the top if it ’s too long. I ’ m more in between sizes right now( meaning too big for womens sizes but too small for plus size) but I had no issues with the fit of this top. This top fits true to size so if you ’ re looking for a fit where you can put a undershirt underneath, you could size up.( In my case, I ’ m normally an XL, but got a 1X). The material is really soft and doesn ’ t feel heavy. I only wore this top casually but I could tell with the material that you wouldn ’ t be too hot in it if working out. Being able to roll the sleeves up and adjust the zipper could help with the heat as well. The only thing I would probably change about this top, is possibly adding a zipper to the back of it to add in extra items you may be carrying when out and about.

What I really liked most about this sports bra is the support!! It holds everything in place, making my workouts very enjoyable! I wouldn ’ t change anything about this sports bra! [ Soft and comfortable the Nike Alate Sports Bra is the perfect all- day bra. Coverage and support is great for errands around town, light cardio such as yoga, and I ’ ve even worn it to work if I know I ’ ll have a busy day with lots of movement. I love that the material is soft and comfortable. The design is cute with the straps and logo in the back, and makes me feel confident while wearing it. Would definitely recommend this bra to others.

[ I am absolutely in love with this sports bra! It is super comfortable and soft. It has great coverage with a wonderful push up feel, but you still feel secured! I 'm usually weary if anything with multiple straps but this is just so cute and comfortable that the style just works. I would say it fits true to size and definitely does n't dig in to any part of my skin.

[ I absolutely love this bra! It was a little on the larger size than I had expected, and I would likely size down. This is in comparison to a more structured Nike sports bra that I had tried on that was too tight in the shoulders. Overall, the bra was great, very comfortable, and very cute! If you felt confident enough this bra could be worn out casually with a cute pair of joggers and a button- up shirt if it was cold outside! The straps visually are my favorite aspect of the bra, the crisscross is very cute! Regarding athletic wear, the sports bra is definitely for low- impact workouts or for casual wear. I successfully walked, biked, and performed weightlifting and leg day with ease and support. Due to the kind of support the bra provides I wouldn ’ t use it for running or high- movement sports. I highly recommend the sports bra for gym day and a casual day out and about!

[ Leggings were an absolute 10/10, very comfortable, flattering and very stretchy. Loved how they were high waisted, although wasn ’ t the biggest fan of the seam down the crotch area. Pockets were big enough to fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max which was a big YES from me. Would definitely purchase again and would like more range of colours.

[ My first thought was always gon na be: Are these really worth the money? And much to my surprise, the answer is 100 times YES. These are by far the nicest leggings I ’ ve ever had the pleasure of wearing- probably because it doesn ’ t feel like I ’ m wearing ANYTHING! They ’ re like a second skin, seamless yet sculpting and so flattering too. They are the perfect gym accompaniment but they ’ re also such a high quality that you want to wear them to lunch, shopping etc etc!

[ So so comfortable you do n't even know you have them on and they fit really well, the legs are shaped so fit your calf nice, waist comes up high so great if you have a mum tum it holds you in all the right places. Nice feeling material love the way the are cut and do n't have stitching at the bottoms of legs. Thicker material so you cant see through them but also they dont make you sweat. Nice big pockets great for your phone. Will definitely buy these in other colours
