This shirt fits great and would be great for hot days. I am six feet tall, 220lbs and the XL fits great. The shirt is long enough without being too wide for me. I would wear this shirt to the gym or just anywhere.

This is a great looking shirt that my son fell in love with immediately. He is very athletic and needs the clothes that fit his style. It is a smooth breathable texture with perforations that keep him cool and dry. The fact it is a stong stretching fabric it makes it a long lasting shirt he can not get ripped up.

This shirt works for easy as well as medium intensity runs; good moisture, waking capacity and breezy, uncomfortable for said easy and medium intensity runs. For heavy duty runs in heat with a lot of perspiration probably want to go with something extra light, like a light moisture wicking tank top. But for most runs, this works just fine.
