This campaign was always something I wanted in my rotation. So when Nike finally released it on their site I jumped at the chance to get one. I was slightly worried about it being terrycloth as I wear ACG hoodies exclusively. This sweatshirt does not disappoint- soft, comfy and cozy. Slight oversized- go with your normal size. My only issue is the drawstrings are frayed on the ends. Grab it, support WOMEN rocking out on the pitches, courts, and fields!

This is going to be my go to hoodie and I just might need to get more colors I would change maybe making the bottom a little longer since it can feel a bit cropped but that's minot considering this can easily be a workout hoodie. I can not wait for the fall/winter, I will officially be living in this hoodie! At the moment I use it to promote sweat production while exercising and lounging. The material is thick, soft, and stretchy. The hoodie fits a bit oversized with a slight crop. it has some structure making the look a bit more elevated and chic than your `` regular '' hoodie. I love the extended neck and adjustable bungee cords, this is going to provide me with plenty of warmth without having to wear a scarf or layer up. Ca n't forget about the large kangaroo pocket for your hands to escape the chill or pack full with gym essentials. The one thing I would add to this hoodie is another adjustable bungee cord at the bottom of the garment, that way I may adjust the crop to my liking. I love love love this hoodie and you will too!!

[ This zipped hoodie is very nice. The material has some weight to it and is a good quality. It is cropped and is about the length of an average kids size large but the rest is adult sizing. It is slightly oversized but not fully in that category either. The inside fleece is very soft and doesn ’ t pill. The black faded very faintly on first wash( before use) but not since then. The zipper is heavier than some and has two pulls. It ’s definitely casual so world be great in cool weather for those settings. I ’ d say you can layer some under but not many layers and depending on your jacket/coat you could wear it under that as well if your climate requires it. Right now it ’s summer and so I haven ’ t been able to actually try it out. Apologies for the low quality pictures but hopefully they help. Would recommend over all though!

I own 5 FreeFly hoodies. I use them in the winter as a layer over a T- shirt and under my heavy coat, pulling the hood over a baseball cap which protects my eyes from sun, wind and snow. This extra lightweight hoodie is perfect in the summer by itself as protection from the sun. It is so cool and silky plus the hood does not blow off my head, fitting perfectly without annoying strings. The raglan sleeve design is well fitting and flattering. I was glad to see the newest colors. The first ones I purchased are all light colored and they get very dirty, especially at the wrists. The outside of the fabric is smooth and the inside is like a French Terry feel, not quite fleece- like but very cozy. The Nike logo is small, but noticeable. The overall look is long and slimming and I found it to be very flattering. I washed and dried the hoodie per the washing instructions and it came out every bit as soft. I did n't notice any shrinking. Overall it's a great basic wardrobe piece. I thought it looked equally cute with leggings and joggers or with jeans. Probably the only thing I 'd change is the size of the pockets, I usually like to put my phone in my jacket pocket and this one was a little small for that.

This is my new favorite shirt. I thought I was in love with the bamboo lightweight sun hoodies, but I think the Free Fly team outdid themselves with this one. It ’s practically silk, so smooth and soft, but so lightweight I barely even notice it! I ’ ve worn it on one hike and to several yoga classes, and it has performed beautifully! I can ’ t stop reaching for it each morning, and knowing I will have to wash it soon has inspired me to order a couple more. I also prefer the new thumbhole style, I like the sideways slits as opposed to the in- line seam style. And I love the semi- cropped length, I think it ’s super cute( and so does my husband, who actually complimented this shirt without knowing it was new)! I purchased this hoodie for sun protection on a recent 9- day backpacking trip. I bought the light grey colour because I thought it could double as bug protection, since the mosquitoes were horrendous. I really liked how feather- light it was, it dried fast and the hood was great when the bugs were fierce. Furthermore, all the bug/blood/sweat stains cleaned up nicely after the trip and it looks good as new! As for durability and wind- proofness, I will bring it on my next two canoe trips this July and report back:)

Quite happy with this version of the Astroman! Still the same great sun protection and durability but the material seems lighter/faster drying somehow. Not sure how they managed that without sacrificing durability but so far it's held up beautifully! I 'm a sweaty hiker and it's pretty amazing how little sweat this shows and how fast it dries. This lil hoody is also extremely packable- have taken it on quite a few birding/hiking trips and long days bike- packing. I plan to take it to AZ this weekend for a friend's bday trip to really put it to the test( I 've been using it in Idaho thus far). Also- LOVE this pink color. I would buy anything and everything in this pink, so dang cute! I bought a Small and Medium and I 'm keeping the Medium- I 'm 5' 4 '' and about 140- 150lbs( 30 '' waist and 40 '' low hip, aka most of my weight is in my booty/thighs). The small fit fine, but I prefer a looser fit for layering and breathability:) And because this is a sun shirt, looser fit is best for the fabric to keep out sun rays, anyways. The ONLY thing I would change about this: please move the pocket to the chest or somewhere more useful. It's on the right hip and goes backwards which is strange and not natural at all, I really dislike it. I 'd prefer it be on the chest( like the men's version) or even still on the hip but a zippered drop pocket( like the Freewheel Hoodie).

[ I am not an avid runner by any means, but I do love getting in some quality personal time by jogging a trail we made through our property in the woods. We are just starting to experience chilly mornings on the East Coast with temps in the 40's most early mornings. This hoodie is absolutely perfect this time of year. It's extremely light to wear but incredibly warm. My favorite features are the thumb holes and the hidden mittens! It is so versatile and can be something I throw on the take a run in the woods or a grocery run! The color and texture is the perfect addition to any wardrobe. I 've worn it with 3 different color yoga leggings and it looked amazing each time. The roll up hood is also something very helpful if you are anything like I am, and do n't like to have a hood bouncing and hitting your head on your run. My favorite feature is the folding sleeve to create a mitten around your hands. The only downside is related more to a personal preference. I was surprised at how well if kept me protected from the chill. This thermal is now my favorite layer when I go out for a run and even a walk with my daughter. I also love the way it has a little window for my apple watch to peek through. So far I have washed this quite a few times and it still has held it shape and looks great! My only complaint is I wish it was a tiny bit longer since I do find it short in the torso area. I live at elevation, where weather conditions can change fast( and wind is common). I 've worn this jacket in a variety of conditions so far: rain/snow mix at 40 degrees,< sub- freezing temps and sunny, dark and 32 degrees. It's kept me warm without overheating, blocked the wind, and kept me dry during light/moderate precipitation. It's lightweight and packs up small, and is my new fav running item! It feels like it might run just a tad bit small in my opinion, so if you want a thicker layer under it, I might suggest sizing up.

I winter hike a lot in the white mountains of New Hampshire and I love this layer! It's perfect for ascents over my 300 weight wool shirt. I rarely sweat in it or need more than those 2 layers. If I do sweat it evaporates very quickly. It's very thin and lightweight however I barely need an additional layer in higher elevations. I have worn this in temps ranging from 10- 30 degrees F. It's amazing. I love the windbreaker aspect of it bc it either surprise snows or you brush up against trees while hiking and do n't get wet. You stay so warm with the fleece lining. Still ca n't believe how thin it is.

I 've had this piece out for a couple of runs now, and I really like it. It's quite warm- I was a bit too warm today in 2°C sunny weather- but it sheds heat well, and I was glad to have the warmth when the sky clouded over. This will be a jacket that I break out at 0C or below, personally, but I run hot. Lots of pockets, which are nice. Very soft and comfortable; flattering fit without being restrictive. Fit true to size for me( 5' 9 '' 160lb.) Only things I would change: it would be great if there was a drawcord at the hem, both to snug it up in colder/windy conditions and to stop the contents of the pockets from bouncing as much; and I find the wrists are n't stretchy enough to pull over a watch without a bit of effort.

The black on black lettering is a classic, making it super easy to put together outfits. The soft fleece interior is extremely cozy and comfortable. I am petite( 5' 1 ''), so while it's cropped, it's not too short or revealing. It's the perfect length. I love the thumbhole and earbud holding features. While I have n't tried cinching the backside up( for added ventilation), the black strap as is makes the hoodie look very stylish. My only suggestion is to include a pocket; even a small hidden pocket would be nice. Otherwise, it's a great hoodie overall and I highly recommend it!!!

That may not seem like a big deal, but I 've been disappointed with numerous other lightweight windbreakers on the market that do n't have hand pockets. The pockets are zippered too. Was looking for a high- visibility running jacket similar to the Patagonia Houdini Air( wind resistance+ breathability). I have both the regular Houdini( size L) and Houdini Air( M). Keeping this in M. FIT: I 'm 5' 1, 150 lbs, 34DD, round belly. With a Smartwool 250 baselayer or a thin long- sleeved cotton t, fit is close to the body, but not tight( Houdinis run much slimmer); pretty forgiving of my belly:) Perfect length for me, falling around mid- hip; Houdinis are longer, falling below my butt. FEEL/FUNCTION: I 've worn this for multiple runs( incl. light rain, strong wind). This feels somewhere in- between the Houdinis in terms of wind- blocking and breathability. V. light rain beaded on the surface of the jacket, but left a mark when smushed into the fabric. Material is a matte, slightly stretchy, more fabric- y( vs. plastic- y) material- like a slightly thicker/heavier Air. Hood fits over thick pony- tail securely when fully zipped, and stays in strong wind. Doubles as a running and casual jacket better than the Houdinis due to a more forgiving fit around the mid- section( for looser- fitting street clothes), shorter length( more flattering for my short stature), and zippered side pockets. Packs down small enough for an upcoming 2. 5 week trip to Europe( 24L bag). COLOR: Azalea appears neon coral in the pictures, which is what originally attracted me. Unfortunately, it actually is not neon at all, and is more like a salmon pink that leans more pink than orange. It is slightly see- through. LOVE the green( Grove) colorway- something about the color+ matte fabric texture+ matching zippers makes it look SO smooth and rich and clean. Did not intend to get this color, but decided to try( and keep!) it based on the( accurate) pictures.

Finally, a top that is a bit younger- styled and flattering, even if you 're not in your 20s! The crop is the perfect length; not too short, not too long. And the fitted body shows off your curves more so than the other styles( my previous and still 2nd fav is the shade hoodie II). Glad to see that Freefly is stepping it up and keeping things functional and hip!

I bought this for visibility while running, but I think it will also be the perfect ski baselayer because of the gaiter/face mask and ponytail slot in the back. It's super warm but also lightweight, and the Sulfur color is gorgeous! I have really broad shoulders so I debated sizing up to a M or a L but ended up deciding on the M, and I 'm happy with my choice. Yes, it's a fitted top but it's supposed to be. It hugs the top half with a little bit more of a flowy( but not baggy) fit at the bottom. The arms are long with thumbholes to help hold them in place. This is high quality, and they need to restock all the colors!

Like some other comments have identified, this is a tighter fit so size up from your typical OR size. I am a 32B, 5' 7 '', and 118 LBS and I got the size S and it fits perfectly. I wear this to go running and hiking, and I can fit a wool base layer underneath on very cold days. Perfect addition to my outdoor apparel.

This shirt is SO warm and comfortable. The built in hood/mask is great. I wear it as my base layer skiing and it keeps me cozy, and covers my mouth/ nose perfectly. My only complaint is the sleeves are a bit long so I fold them back for under my coat.

Great base layer for hiking but stylish enough to wear around town. Great details include: 1- the hood has a slot for your ponytail, 2- zipping side pockets, 3- thumbhole to keep the sleeves down.
