I am very pleased with this punching bag and the gloves 🥊! The gloves are what you would use for a hard punching bag. They are great quality. The bag is more thick and durable than I expected it to be. It ’s not as easy to bust and break like the 3 other sets I have bought from another place. The gloves that had come with the other sets I bought were barely padded. My son had adhd and this helps him to get his energy out in a good way so the bag gets used daily. I like that you can put water or sand in the bottom of the bag, I used water so I was able to still move it when needed to. The highs of the bag is super nice my son will be able to use it for a long time into his teen years for sure. I am 5 2 and I use it no problem. Definitely recommend buying this one versus other little ones that will break if you have boys like me that can easily destroy things. Great first punching bag set for kids that are interested in punching kicking activities.

I have used my gloves 10- 12 for basic heavy bag and water bag workouts. I am NOT a boxer, but use heavy bag for cardio conditioning and these gloves perform well for this. I looked at my weight per the chart on the package and the gloves fit very well and have ample padding. Would buy again!

These gloves exceeded my expectations. When you buy boxing gear from a general sporting goods store you generally end up with junk, however this was not the case. These gloves offer unreal support; honestly I would feel comfortable going hard on a sand bag without wraps for a short while. The gel does not make your punches feel weird, you still get solid contact. One thing I must note is that the hand compartment is SMALL( for the regular size). This works for me, but it will not work if you are a six- foot dude, it just wo n't fit you. I will check back in two months to discuss durability.
