I have four long sleeve and two short sleeve Carhartt Chambray work shirts. They are abut all I wear during summer on the upper half. This traditional work item has been standard equipment my whole life and I can not imagine wearing anything else during summer. Carhartt does a good job of maintaining these.

This a beautiful piece of knit! In response to many of the bad reviews on this shirt... all of you momma's boys out there looking for a smooth shirt to wear clubbing, this is probably not it. Although it does iron well, it looks best( in my opinion) out of a cold wash un- ironed. I just spent 4 weeks in the Algarve with this and it holds up so well, even smelly after a long beach day. It has so much character, a robust feel and forever wearing that Hemingway would have had a few in his kit. Whoever designed this for Prana... keep it up. They deserve a raise.

The end of the shirt cuffs hit me mid- hand and the length is generous. It feels like you grabbed your boyfriend ’s favorite shirt and made it look even better! I contemplated sizing down. But I think that would change the whole vibe of the shirt. I predict it ’s going to be another heirloom piece like all of my other Faherty designs. Seriously, everything I have bought from them over the years is on perpetual rotation because I just cherish them so much. They are timeless, unique and made to last for decades.
