Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

Like any clothing, the fit depends on your build, but I love the tapered style — these make my calves look like an NFL running back's. I 'm about 6' 0 '', 170 lbs, very lean — similar to VRST ambassador Devonta `` Smitty '' Smith. Please, I 'm practically begging you: offer more colors! A lighter grey, balsam green, deeper khaki, or a good shade of red — I 'd buy every one. Also, consider adding belt loops. Keep the stretchy liner at the waist, maybe tweak or remove the strings that get destroyed in the dryer, but belt loops would make it easy to tuck in a polo without looking ridiculous on the course. Love the fit, love the material, and I 'd throw even more money your way with these small updates. Great sweatpants for lifting or lounging. I love the relaxed fit — it ’s perfect for mobility — and I love the rise( about 12. 5 '' for a size L), but I wish the inseam was an inch or two longer. I love that these are made with breathable 100% cotton with a nice weight and substantial feel. These hold up well to washing, and they don ’ t shrink when dried on low. When they stretch out, drying returns them to their original size. The embroidered logo is a nice touch.

Really great old school joggers. Not too heavy, not too light, but perfect for winter or damp cool days. Do n't expect some flimsy Adidas track pant, these are well made all cotton. They actually wrap around the leg nicer than I thought, as long as you wear them up a bit, they do n't look too baggy or anything. I 'm 6' 1 '' and the Medium is sort of just right. You might be able to size down, but I 'm glad I stuck with my usual size. I bought the matching shorts as well and they 're great, may eventually buy the matching sweater or hoodie. The pockets with zippers are nice to have as well. Overall 5 stars for me, great set.
