They sit higher on your waist, higher than your hips and belly button ish, and offer abdominal support. I don ’ t want to call it “ tummy control ” because it ’s not that but there is just more there than your standard legging. They do run a little on the small size. I ’ m 5 ’ 9, 135lbs and needed a large.
