I ’ m a stay- at- home parent, so the versatility of these pants was probably my favorite thing about them! I was able to wear them for everything from playing on the floor with toddlers and going on stroller walks to working in my home office and going out with friends. The only thing I had a hard time with was figuring out which shoes to wear with them. I think being on the shorter side( 5 ’ 4 ” wearing a men ’s medium) in combination with the size of the leg/ankle opening, caused the pants to bunch a little at the bottoms. [ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.
