It fits so well on my shoulders and the sleeves are the perfect length whether you use the finger holes or not. The cut along the waistline is just enough to be feminine and flattering. The length is great too- not too short or long. I have worn it alone on cooler days over a tank top, and also on cold days UNDER a down jacket because it's a light but warm extra layer. I highly recommend this shirt! It is very warm and cozy. It is marketed as a cold weather running shirt but I use it as a base layer for outdoor activities. I have worn it under a hoodie while attending my son's Friday night football game. It kept me warm throughout the entire game. I also use it as a first layer when walking my dog in the cool mornings. The extended sleeves with thumb holes are a nice addition and really help to keep my hands warm. It washes nicely and stays true to form.
