The material is incredibly soft and smooth, which made them really comfortable from start to finish. I did a full hour fitness class, walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and even sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. Through all of that, they stayed breathable and comfortable. I never felt restricted while moving, stretching, or walking. One of the best parts is the waistband — it stayed in place the entire time and never rolled down, which is a huge plus during workouts.
