This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. It does fit a bit tight on the neckline as well.

I also have the purple one. I also love the fit of the XL TALL!! It ’s( and I ’ m guesstimating) 3. 5- 4 ” longer than a standard XL and if you ’ re tall that means your stomach isn ’ t hanging out.
