I purchased this hat about a month ago, and I wear it everywhere every day. It's a light weight hat, but keeps my head extremely warm but not to a point where I need to take it off. I can wear it indoors without my head sweating due to the amazing Merino Wool, or outside in the harsh Minnesota deep freeze we are experiencing and my head remains a perfect temperature. Good for the cold of course and I like this cap better than the knit caps. Those seem to pull on someone ’s hair more than this one. Grey is good for wearing blue or black with as well.
