These gloves were given to my wife who is an avid bicycle rider. They are very comfortable, and the padding, while not meant for bike riding, makes the bike riding experience even better. I bought these for my fiance( 42 male) because he wanted weightlifting gloves that were not fingerless and these were the only ones I could find, he absolutely loves them. All the padding is in the perfect places, including in each knuckle of each finger, and there are touchscreen pads on the thumb and forefinger. He normally wears a M in other gloves but wanted them to be a little tighter, so I ordered a S and they fit perfectly. He's only had them for about 2 months but they get almost daily use and are holding up well so far.

I lift weights a few days a week. Wearing gloves to protect the ligaments is a good idea. After some time without using gloves I will feel some pain in the fingers. I normally use gloves with the half finger which works great. I bought these full finger gloves to see how I liked them. After a few workouts they fit well and I think they prevent any damage to the ligaments. These are good gloves but I still prefer the half finger gloves because I still have more feeling and control of the fingers.
