This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. It does fit a bit tight on the neckline as well.

For heavy duty runs in heat with a lot of perspiration probably want to go with something extra light, like a light moisture wicking tank top. But for most runs, this works just fine.

Love these shirts. They are a staple in workout wardrobe. Fit is as expected. Material seems thinner than it used to be so not sure what durability will be like. Appreciate the color options!
