This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. It does fit a bit tight on the neckline as well.

Great quality shirt. Has thick fabric and feels like it's made very well. It does run a little short so I would size up if you 're not looking for a short/tight fit. I have worn xs in Calia before but this one for sure I would need a bigger size. I like the design in the fabric as well.

I thought this would be the perfect top for hot yoga, it was! I needed a top that did n't roll up, this was exactly it. The material is buttery soft and very wrinkle resistant. I used it for hot yoga, it was very moisture wicking and made me feel super comfortable the entire workout.
