This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. It does fit a bit tight on the neckline as well.

I used it for hot yoga, it was very moisture wicking and made me feel super comfortable the entire workout. This was the first time I tried a crop top and surprisingly i really like it. I am not confident enough to wear it outside the house but it fits and feels great for workouts. The material is soft but really stretches so it moves with your body instead of against it. Normally short sleeves like this tend to irritate my arms but i barely even noticed the sleeves. For reference, the person wearing this is 6' tall with a slim build and typically wears small or medium shirts, however, i had to size up with this shirt because everytime he raises his arms you can see up to his belly button. A new staple in my running apparel- this top is incredibly lightweight and versatile. It is not a long shirt, but I am shorter, so I really liked the length( not cropped either). It is SPF 50, dry wicking. I like that I can go on longer runs in preparation for my half marathon and not feel uncomfortable. While it is long sleeve, it is not a cold weather shirt.
