The omni- heat technology is wonderful, and the beanie is easy to stash in a pocket when it is not needed. I purchased this hat about a month ago, and I wear it everywhere every day. It's a light weight hat, but keeps my head extremely warm but not to a point where I need to take it off. I can wear it indoors without my head sweating due to the amazing Merino Wool, or outside in the harsh Minnesota deep freeze we are experiencing and my head remains a perfect temperature. It looks good too. I will absolutely be purchasing another one of these next year but a different color for different occasions!!! Thank you Smart Wool for never disappointing me.

I bought this beanie in various colors because unlike my wool hat, it is washable( washing machine) and foldable. It saves me$ from buying wool cleaners.
