Hey if your going to have a training bag... and really train.... make it humorous and fun. I beat the heck out of Bob. He also does not blend into the woodwork so you remember to work out every time he looks at you.

I use Bob for cardio more than anything. Me and my girl beat him up everyday after work. It was a bit hard to get the body on the post but, once we got it together he held up great takes all the abuse you can throw at him and feels life like! I highly recommend it for training or cardio one of my favorite purchases for fitness!

This is great for use as a punching bag, weapons training, and even for grappling or wrestling moves( when off the base)! Heavy duty and life size! I do recommend putting some type of covering on it( clothes), I think it will make it last longer. It is so life like, I still jump when I am not thinking about it and see it behind me!

My two daughters and I love beating this guy up! We are studying 7 Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu, and they are only 6 and 8, so they ca n't really hold the practice pads while I give it my all on kicks and punches. This is also so much better than a traditional bag to me, because you know exactly where your kicks and punches land. Uppercut to the chin, kick to the head, punch to the abdomen, etc. Takes a lickin and keeps on tickin. I have sand in mine, and usually use it in my garage which has a carpeted floor. I purchased a cheap handtruck to move him around easily. If we want to train in the driveway, I roll him out. If we want to train in the back yard, I roll him out, etc. My daughters renamed him though. His new name is Darthon Deathicon. Which aparently is a villainous character on a newer Scooby Doo.

Just received it today. Easy to assemble. Very solid. It moves a little bit but still gets the job done. I 've always been used to hanging bags and I do really like this for the resistance it gives. I recommend wrapping your hands and very good bag gloves because it is solid.

Much more solid than a wavemaster or a BOB, like an actually heavy bag. Wrap hands throughoughly and use 16oz gloves, weigh down completely. Excellent for power punchers and experienced boxers. It is hard with a light foam exterior, but very good.

Bought this for Christmas as a gift. Both my husband and kids love it! It ’s adjustable with the height and all you need is some sand. It works really great in our small basement.
