I can not wait for the fall/winter, I will officially be living in this hoodie! At the moment I use it to promote sweat production while exercising and lounging. The material is thick, soft, and stretchy. The hoodie fits a bit oversized with a slight crop. it has some structure making the look a bit more elevated and chic than your `` regular '' hoodie. I love the extended neck and adjustable bungee cords, this is going to provide me with plenty of warmth without having to wear a scarf or layer up. Ca n't forget about the large kangaroo pocket for your hands to escape the chill or pack full with gym essentials. The one thing I would add to this hoodie is another adjustable bungee cord at the bottom of the garment, that way I may adjust the crop to my liking. I love love love this hoodie and you will too!!

This campaign was always something I wanted in my rotation. So when Nike finally released it on their site I jumped at the chance to get one. I was slightly worried about it being terrycloth as I wear ACG hoodies exclusively. This sweatshirt does not disappoint- soft, comfy and cozy. Slight oversized- go with your normal size. [ This hoodie fit perfectly. The length of the arms and body were fitted without being tight and a length I 'm comfortable with. The outside of the fabric is smooth and the inside is like a French Terry feel, not quite fleece- like but very cozy. The Nike logo is small, but noticeable. The overall look is long and slimming and I found it to be very flattering. I washed and dried the hoodie per the washing instructions and it came out every bit as soft. I did n't notice any shrinking. Overall it's a great basic wardrobe piece. I thought it looked equally cute with leggings and joggers or with jeans. Probably the only thing I 'd change is the size of the pockets, I usually like to put my phone in my jacket pocket and this one was a little small for that.

The wide arms and open waist definitely make it feel bigger because it's loose and flowy. This summer has been disgustingly hot, but the white color helps deflect the sun and I don ’ t have to slather my entire upper body in sunscreen when I wear it. I can also stick my thumbs in the thumb holes and cover most of my hands. It does get sweaty if I wear it outside in the heat for a while, but as a very pale person, I love being able to just slip something on and get instant sun protection. [ This zipped hoodie is very nice. The material has some weight to it and is a good quality. It is cropped and is about the length of an average kids size large but the rest is adult sizing. It is slightly oversized but not fully in that category either. The inside fleece is very soft and doesn ’ t pill. The black faded very faintly on first wash( before use) but not since then. The zipper is heavier than some and has two pulls. It ’s definitely casual so world be great in cool weather for those settings. I ’ d say you can layer some under but not many layers and depending on your jacket/coat you could wear it under that as well if your climate requires it. Right now it ’s summer and so I haven ’ t been able to actually try it out. Apologies for the low quality pictures but hopefully they help. Would recommend over all though!

I own 5 FreeFly hoodies. I use them in the winter as a layer over a T- shirt and under my heavy coat, pulling the hood over a baseball cap which protects my eyes from sun, wind and snow. This extra lightweight hoodie is perfect in the summer by itself as protection from the sun. It is so cool and silky plus the hood does not blow off my head, fitting perfectly without annoying strings. The raglan sleeve design is well fitting and flattering. I was glad to see the newest colors. The first ones I purchased are all light colored and they get very dirty, especially at the wrists. I love it! I am really specific about sun shirts because I live and work on boats and wear a sun shirt most days. Full disclosure: I have tried the Crater Lake and Sunshadow before this and really did not like them. The Crater Lake is 1) kind of soft and does n't breath as well as this one and 2) had sloppy sewing so the sleeve hem unravelled after a couple months of wear. The Sunshadow was low stretch and super restricting to wear and the fabric stained really easily. This* Sunblocker* is amazing. The fabric is super quick drying but not scratchy, the sewing is really neat, and the fabric is stretchy and not restrictive. I sized up from S to M and am glad I did. I personally love the crop. It still protects my whole back, even when I bend over, but is n't too long. Overall, I 'm really happy with it!

I purchased this hoodie for sun protection on a recent 9- day backpacking trip. I bought the light grey colour because I thought it could double as bug protection, since the mosquitoes were horrendous. I really liked how feather- light it was, it dried fast and the hood was great when the bugs were fierce. Furthermore, all the bug/blood/sweat stains cleaned up nicely after the trip and it looks good as new! As for durability and wind- proofness, I will bring it on my next two canoe trips this July and report back:)

The small fit fine, but I prefer a looser fit for layering and breathability:) And because this is a sun shirt, looser fit is best for the fabric to keep out sun rays, anyways. The ONLY thing I would change about this: please move the pocket to the chest or somewhere more useful. It's on the right hip and goes backwards which is strange and not natural at all, I really dislike it. I 'd prefer it be on the chest( like the men's version) or even still on the hip but a zippered drop pocket( like the Freewheel Hoodie).

My favorite feature is the folding sleeve to create a mitten around your hands. The only downside is related more to a personal preference. I tend to like slightly longer tops and this seems a tad shorter then I might normally go for, however I would say it ’s probably standard length for these types of tops.

[ I love the fit of the Notch Thermal Hoodie 2. 0. It fits true to size for a form fitting hoodie, which I love! It keeps me warm if I ’ m doing a morning run, and fits nicely so there isn ’ t anything loose hanging down when I ’ m running. I also love how it can keep me warm while not being bulky at all. The hood is also a nice addition that doesn ’ t get in the way, but is nice to have if it starts to rain during a run. It does a great job at regulating body temperature, keeping me warm while not getting me too hot or sweaty. The inside is very soft unlike other similar hoodies that are a spandex material. The odor blocking technology has worked good as this hoodie always smells fresh after washes, which can sometimes be a problem with workout gear. I wouldn ’ t change anything about the Notch Thermal Hoodie, it ’s a great hoodie for my morning runs.

[ Awesome thermal for those chilly morning runs in Massachusetts! I love the feel of this hoodie. Its lightweight and soft, but keeps your core warm while outside. I was surprised at how well if kept me protected from the chill. This thermal is now my favorite layer when I go out for a run and even a walk with my daughter. I also love the way it has a little window for my apple watch to peek through. So far I have washed this quite a few times and it still has held it shape and looks great! My only complaint is I wish it was a tiny bit longer since I do find it short in the torso area. Overall, this is an excellent choice for those chilly morning runs, but even to have as an added layer when you are watching kid's soccer for the sidelines!

Size medium fits 5 ’ 7 ”, 140# athletic frame with room. Small worked as well for a bit more fitted style, but preferred the extra space in shoulders. Nice material for layering over a tank top and color is neutral for versatility. This will be nice for sun protection as the weather warms up poured with the bre ze 2 free fly pant. Very simple style.

I gave this hoodie a try because I wanted a really lightweight UPF hoodie for traveling in the summer. I like it-- except for the length. It should be described as `` cropped. '' I am only 5' 4 '' tall and short- waisted. It was still to short for me. On someone tall, this would n't cover your belly button. You just need to know you are getting a cropped hoodie. This was returned.

This is my new favorite shirt. I thought I was in love with the bamboo lightweight sun hoodies, but I think the Free Fly team outdid themselves with this one. It ’s practically silk, so smooth and soft, but so lightweight I barely even notice it! I ’ ve worn it on one hike and to several yoga classes, and it has performed beautifully! I can ’ t stop reaching for it each morning, and knowing I will have to wash it soon has inspired me to order a couple more. I also prefer the new thumbhole style, I like the sideways slits as opposed to the in- line seam style. this pullover is very comfortable and soft, and at a weight of 2. 4 oz for the XS, is a great addition to my packable lightweight layers for hiking. i read as many reviews as i could, to try and determine the correct size to order. typically, i buy size SM most of the time for a garment like this, but i went with the XS, and i ’ m glad i did, because the fabric is light, drapes nicely, but i ’ d be swimming in this if i ’ d ordered my usual size. i ’ m 5 ’ 6 ”, 113 lbs, light- framed body. even the XS is a bit generous in the fit, but at most i ’ d wear it over a tank or a slim- fitting tee. looking forward to the SPF 50 protection.
