This set is overall one of the best winter base layer fits I ’ ve had the chance to try out in the elements( as of yet). The fleecy layer inside isn ’ t too thick, so it will keep you decently warm while not feeling overly constricting( it won ’ t ruin or take away from your outfit either). If I was to give constructive feedback on anything, it would be that they are a little short in length( mind you, I ’ m 5 ’ 11 ”). So, I ’ m really not picky about that kind of thing( for leggings in particular). Especially as they do have a bit of stretch. I would say that they are relatively true to size, maybe size down if you ’ re on the more petite side of the spectrum.

I love these slacks. I like the Beetroot. They are comfortable, functional and cute. I like the side pocket for my phone. They are like lightweight snow pants that I wear a thin base layer underneath. I bought 3 pairs. I highly recommend.

[ I bought the nautical blue in late October. Loved the fit, color and fabric. I checked the chart for measurements and the pants were the perfect fit. The zip pocket will hold a cellphone. I wash with cold water and hang to dry. The pants dry quickly. I bought a second pair in the beetroot color. Nautical navy and black pair well with beetroot. I bought a month ago. Did not realize they had a bit of a shine to them. Not major. Other than that these are really nice attractive leggings. I guess it depends on the person. I do n't see any sheerness. Nice buttery material. I am 5' 7. 5 and 143lbs, size med. I would try them if we 're you.

I went up a size on this and the fit is perfect and not see through like another reviewer complained. These are very lightweight but perfect for the summer weather that is hopefully right around the corner.
