Very well made slacks with soft 2. 5 inch elastic band that hugs my waist nicely. Surprised to find that the zipper is fake but with the elastic waist they slide down easily after undoing the clasps. The two clasps make the waistband lay nicely. The legs are roomy but not huge. The fabric is a bit stretchy and allow for bending and squatting with comfort. I usually wear an 8 and ordered a Medium. They were big and I believe a small would fit well. The attention to detail and finishing makes these slacks stunning enough to dress up but are comfortable and durable enough to do anything else in them.

What I love most about the design of the pants is that you can dress them up/down by simply pairing with different shirts and shoes. At the time, XS and Small were sold out, so I reordered from another site. The XS ended up being a little too snug, while the Small would have been perfect. For sizing reference, the Medium measurements are: PTP waist 15. 5 '', hips 21 '', inseam 25. 5 '', rise 13 ''.. I recommend sticking to your usual size if you wear a Medium or have a larger waist. [ These are one of the most flowy, lightweight, and breathable pants I have ever worn to the gym. I can pretty much do any activity in these as they are well fitted at the waist and have zero restrictions anywhere! These are extremely high- waisted; so if you have a short torso, these might not be for you as barely any of your midriff or the style of the waist band are showing. For me, I don ’ t like showing my midriff so I don ’ t mind how high they are. I love that the waist band is elastic but only worry about the future wears/washes that might cause it to lose its elasticity. We shall see. In addition, I love that I can style these up or down depending on the day ’s activities; I ’ ve worn them for a business casual look and as a sporty look! And the pockets! I love that these have relatively deep pockets to hold my stuff. This piece was the cherry on top!

[ These Nike pants are interesting to say the least. Typically when you think of Nike, you think of sports, athletics, workouts, etc. These pants tend to lean more on the casual side. More of an `` athleisure '' pair than a workout pair. The bottom( ankle) part flares out almost like a boot cut pair of jeans, almost covering my entire feet. This has proven to be cumbersome when doing any high intensity workouts. The highest level of activity I would recommend is power walking or just something to wear when running errands. The material is incredibly soft and super lightweight. The waistband is super comfortable and not restraining at all. The dimensions fit perfectly so I definitely recommend true to size unless you really want an over- sized or form- fitting look. The thing I love the most about these is the very minimal branding. The only logo is above the left pocket and you can barely notice it being that the pants are black and the logo is black. Overall, I recommend these if you are looking for a casual pair of pants but I do not recommend them if you are looking for a new pair of workout pants.

I am also 5 ’ 6 ” and they hit just at the top of my foot. So I wouldn ’ t suggest them for taller women. They have a drawstring that really helps sizing them around the waist, which is very helpful. I had a ridiculously tiny waist and wide hips so high rise always fit me a little awkwardly and I like to size up for that reason. That only added to the comfort level of these pants though! That is not a deal breaker for me personally but just a personal preference worth mentioning. They also washed quite well and the softness didn ’ t change after washing.
