It turned out to be amazing it protects from the sun and most important when I wet the hat it really does keep me cooler. I do my yard every week and have a vegetable garden so this bucket hat has been my go to hat ever since I received it. I can also just throw it in the washer with no problem comes out same way it when in can ’ t do that with my straw hats.
