Heavyweight, not too short or long. 5' 5 '', 150lbs, got L, slightly too big, had to return. Wish I could exchange for size M but ca n't exchange online for different size at the same price I got L for. Waiting for sale and product availability again.

My son loves these shorts. They are super lightweight and comfortable. The inner lining is very nice, and you hardly even notice it, but it works. He wears these to football practice or just lounging around the house, but they would also be perfect for running.

Great shorts. I love the VRST Brand for workouts, lounging, casual and work. The shorts I got fit perfect according to the size I normally wear. I wore these today as I had a lay low day at home. I also did my workout tonight in them. I have to go get a few more pairs so I have different colors.
