They are both made of high quality feeling thick material, with the main difference being that the other is 100% cotton, and this one has polyester making it quicker to dry. For reference, the person wearing this is 6' tall with a slim build and typically wears small or medium shirts, however, i had to size up with this shirt because everytime he raises his arms you can see up to his belly button. If you have a long torso and will wear this to the gym, I recommend a large. Otherwise a medium is good.
