I 'm usually a large men's and a medium fit me perfectly and very loose which is what I wanted. I needed substantial weight and space for my workouts- I noticed shoulders were getting tighter on my other shirts and this gave me space to breathe. If you have wide hips or a belly the cut is generous and wo n't hug down low either. Breathes well even in hot weather( i do n't get overheated while wearing it) but this is not a performance shirt so if you need the best I 'd recommend a thinner fabric. 10/10- I bought 3 and immediately bought 2 more. When they go on sale I 'll buy even more hehe

[ I was a little concerned that I would never wear this. However, this has become my new go to cover up after hot yoga or when coming inside for a run. I prefer to wear it unbuttoned over my workout top or sportsbra. It doesn ’ t make me hot but protects me from the blowing air conditioner when I ’ m sweaty. A detail I love is the cuff, it is only half pleated with elastic so it gives a feminine detail. The only thing that bothers me is the material is loud. It feels great on but the sound reminds me of the old “ swishy ” track suits. It does run a little over sized I usually wear a small, and this small feels like I could wear this as a bathing suit cover up in the summer.

It was also very warm and cozy while I was running errands in the cool LA winter weather. The material was very soft. I wore my Nike sweater with a pair of leggings and kept it simple. The only thing I would suggest changing/adding is the same black and white stripes to the bottom of the sweater. [ This t- shirt dress has to be my go to outfit currently. It's understated yet stands out. Although it's technically a sporty piece of clothing I have found I can wear it to pretty much any occasion. It goes with every pair of trainers I own which makes it a versatile and classy piece. The length is perfect and thickness of the material demonstrates quality of the cotton. I have other similar Nike items however the tick/branding can be a bit much whereas this has the perfect sized logo situated in a subtle place on the garment.
