[ These are one of the most flowy, lightweight, and breathable pants I have ever worn to the gym. I can pretty much do any activity in these as they are well fitted at the waist and have zero restrictions anywhere! These are extremely high- waisted; so if you have a short torso, these might not be for you as barely any of your midriff or the style of the waist band are showing. For me, I don ’ t like showing my midriff so I don ’ t mind how high they are. I love that the waist band is elastic but only worry about the future wears/washes that might cause it to lose its elasticity. We shall see. In addition, I love that I can style these up or down depending on the day ’s activities; I ’ ve worn them for a business casual look and as a sporty look! And the pockets! I love that these have relatively deep pockets to hold my stuff. This piece was the cherry on top!

[ These Nike pants are interesting to say the least. Typically when you think of Nike, you think of sports, athletics, workouts, etc. These pants tend to lean more on the casual side. More of an `` athleisure '' pair than a workout pair. The bottom( ankle) part flares out almost like a boot cut pair of jeans, almost covering my entire feet. This has proven to be cumbersome when doing any high intensity workouts. The highest level of activity I would recommend is power walking or just something to wear when running errands. The material is incredibly soft and super lightweight. The waistband is super comfortable and not restraining at all. The dimensions fit perfectly so I definitely recommend true to size unless you really want an over- sized or form- fitting look. The thing I love the most about these is the very minimal branding. The only logo is above the left pocket and you can barely notice it being that the pants are black and the logo is black. Overall, I recommend these if you are looking for a casual pair of pants but I do not recommend them if you are looking for a new pair of workout pants.

[ The PerfectStretch Dri Fit pants are very comfortable! The material is breathable and comfy and moves with you. It was a bit staticky when I put them on but that might be a by product of winter. The material is thinner which is n't bad if you 're looking for a very light pant but could be something to note if you 're wanting something more substantial. I like the design, I think the pleats fall at a nice spot and it elevates the pant to something you could wear to work if you are at a more casual office. I have been wearing these to work and it's been very pleasant because of the wide leg and lightweight material. I think these fit true to size, the medium waist is comfortable on me and does n't squeeze. My only issue is the length, these are long pants! I am 5' 3 and definitely need to get them hemmed, I have been wearing them with platform boots but it would be great to wear these with sneakers. If you are tall or have long legs, these would be great for you, they 're just about 4 '' too long for me. I think( once hemmed) I could wear these for tennis or pickleball and they would be great for that! There is good stretch and the pockets could hold tennis balls. Overall, these pants are great, super lightweight and comfy, just wish they came in different lengths!

I am just loving everything I 've gotten from the Calia brand! I 'm also loving that I can get beautiful jackets and pants in the same color to make up a set, and that there are several different styles of pants to choose from. Every now and then the sizing is off on some things, and often the jackets run a size large, but I do n't really care what's printed on the label once I get the size that fits! My waist is 30 '' and hips 37 '', and the medium fits perfectly. I 'm only 5' 4 '', and the length is just fine so I did n't have to hem them like some that sag too much over the cuff. Anyway, all the Calia sets I 've bought just look lush and expensive, and continue looking new with gentle washing and hanging to air dry. I do have to use a steamer after the first wash to remove the packing fold lines, but only that one time. I just ca n't say enough about how beautiful these pants( and matching jacket!) are, esp since I 'm a 62 yr old athletic woman who wants grown- up casual wear that still suits my lifestyle. I love these even in spite of the train conductor jokes my coworkers make when I wear them( which is 2- 3 days a week). The fabric is a nice weight( durable yet light enough for working outside in 80- 90 degree heat) and soft. I do wish I had sized up from the `` true fit '' recommendation though. They fit comfortably now, but there's not much room for shrinkage, so I 'll have to be careful to wash cold and air- dry.( My last pair of the tan version shrunk lengthwise over time because I was too impatient to air- dry them.) For reference: my natural waist is 28- 29 inches, hips are 38- 39 inches. I 'm 5' 9, 140 lbs and I got the size small- tall. I think the medium would have fit better from crotch to waist.
