This is a great long sleeve although I wouldn ’ t recommend sizing down unless you have a pretty thin build, otherwise this shirt does fit more tightly and limited around the chest area. The only parts that I would consider loose are the sleeves and the length of the shirt. Overall just wore it for the first time during a run and it proved pretty good. It does fit a bit tight on the neckline as well.

I usually buy XS in Nike clothes and considered going with the XXS. But the XS has a nice drape to it. I would suggest sizing down only if you want it to be more fitted. The top is a bit longer than I hoped it would be, so tall folks will be happy with it.
