I wore these a few times and then did a 108 mile road bike race. Very minimal butt pain. They are a little short and do ride up a bit though, I wore a longer pair of loose shorts on top of them.

I like that they dry fast so I can rinse and repeat. The 2 pockets feel secure, too. I 've had my first pair for a year and they look new so I think these will last a long time.

Sooo comfortable, and my favorite part about these shorts is that I never have to pull up the waistband as I ’ m working out. They stay in place when I ’ m lifting. I got the matching sports bra and I ’ m in love! I can not attest to the durability yet since I ’ ve only worn them while strength training twice.

[ The Nike One shorts are a great versatile item to add to your wardrobe. Whether working out or using for leisure or athletic purposes, the shorts offer great fit, comfort and use. I found the shorts to be extremely comfortable and allowed for flexibility. Whether biking, running, walking or strength training, the shorts are easy to wear, comfortable and allow free movement and flexibility. The material was breathable and lightweight and did a great job of managing and drying sweat. The shorts did not feel constricting and the band at top hit in the right place and didn ’ t cause bulging on the sides which is often an unwanted side effect of workout clothing. The mid- rise was a perfect fit, not too high but enough so they didn ’ t fall when working out or wearing which is key. There is a little pocket in the waist band of the shorts which is great for putting keys or money when out on a run. Although the color is light, the shorts covered appropriately and are not see through which is another added plus. The fit is true to size so order the size that you normally wear. Overall, great addition from a trusted brand to add to your workout wardrobe.

[ These shorts are very comfortable and fit perfectly. The material is stretchy and breathable. The color is cute. I did not feel wet or sweaty or gross after exercising in these shorts. I did not have any issues with wedgies or riding up. I don ’ t think I would ever wear these in public, though. While they are very comfortable, they left little to the imagination. There was no hiding any fat or rolls or belly. If they had some sort of tummy panel or shape smoothing to them, they would be the perfect shorts! Other than that, I have zero complaints, and they still get five stars from me! If you have no issue with belly fat, these shorts are the bees knees! I will definitely wear these under other clothes and at home, both as loungewear and for working out. I ’ m very pleased! I am 5 ’ 5 and around 210 lbs; I got size XL and they were perfect.

[ I do n't usually reach for bike shorts for a workout, but these Nike One bike shorts might just be a new workout staple. I really like the 7- inch length-- not too long and not too short. I found I was n't having to constantly pull the shorts down while doing different activities. The shorts also fit really well and had a buttery soft feel that made them quite comfortable. As far as I can tell, they are squat proof too. The larger back pocket is awesome-- it even fits my iPhone! As far as sizing, I would say these are true to size. I wear both small and medium in workout gear, depending on the brand. I tried a medium in these. Because I generally like a less compressive or restrictive fit in my workout bottoms, the mediums were perfect for me. But I imagine I could probably wear the smalls too and get the advertised tight fit. If you like longer spandex workout shorts, I would highly recommend these Nike One Tight fit bike shorts. I am thoroughly impressed!
