I got this for lounging around the house in the Winter and it sure does the job. Very very comfortable, and soft on the inside. Fit is perfect for what it is- not tight but not billowy either. I did n't even need to tighten the drawstring, which is a nice feature anyway. Stitching and construction of it seems very good, and material seems good quality. The hip pockets with zips and the single rear pocket with a zipper is nice to have. Zippers are plastic but the pulls are metal with nice plastic tabs. The bottom of the legs have a slightly narrowed tighten section which makes them stay in place and not ride up, and also makes them warmer if needed I think. Really nice pair of what I would call sweatpants. Definitely recommend.

I have n't had these long enough to comment on durability. I can say these are noticeably heavier/warmer than the Rival and Rival Twist fleece joggers that I have. Waistband is super comfortable, lays flat and you can not even feel it as this is the midweight and it lays well with perfect amount of stretch. The length is perfect.
