I love this sports bra!! Best purchase. I have been searching for a sports bra that gives me enough support but also is comfortable to wear. This is it! I will be getting more. It's true to size; supports without smashing the girls; is very comfortable and looks good. The straps are so comfortable. For context, I run and needed a better sports bra.

Very nice well made sports bra. Material seems to be heavier than most others I have had. There were built in cups instead of underwire. The straps were a little tricky to figure out since they crossed in the back and snapped in the back. Navy blue was a very nice color. I ordered what I normally wear in a bra, however was very small.

This bra is very supportive and comfortable without leaving me with the dreaded uniboob. I have worn this for workouts and for golf and it ’s very nice for both. I don ’ t feel like I ’ m unsupported but not super compressed.

Im obsessed with this sports bra! It ’s my new favorite! I wish I would 've gotten it in different colors. It fits great for the curvy chest. Holds everything in place really well. Definitely recommend!

This bra offers great support and keeps you cool. The material is nice and seemed to do well in regular laundry washing/drying. I feel very supported when jogging and gives a nice life too. Wear only and under clothing. Only complaint is it is difficult for me to get on without adjusting straps every time and have to buckle in the back rather than in the front and move it round to back after.
When selecting a sports bra for high-impact activities, consider features such as maximum support, adjustable straps, and a secure band. Look for bras made with moisture-wicking materials to keep you dry and comfortable during workouts. Additionally, consider styles with encapsulation and compression designs to provide both support and shape.
To find the right size for a sports bra, start by measuring your band size and cup size. Band size is measured around your ribcage, just under your bust, while cup size is determined by measuring around the fullest part of your bust. It's important to try on different styles, as sizing can vary between brands and designs.
The best materials for sports bras typically include blends of polyester, nylon, and spandex, as these fabrics offer stretch, breathability, and moisture-wicking properties. Look for bras with flat seams to minimize chafing and irritation during physical activities. Additionally, consider options with mesh panels for enhanced ventilation.
Compression sports bras provide a snug fit that compresses the breasts against the chest, which is ideal for minimizing movement during low to moderate impact activities. Encapsulation bras, on the other hand, have individual cups that support each breast separately, making them suitable for high-impact activities where more support is needed. Choosing between the two depends on your activity level and personal comfort.
Yes, many sports bras are designed to be versatile and can be worn for everyday activities. They often provide comfort and support that is beneficial for daily wear, especially for those who prefer a more active lifestyle. Look for styles that offer a balance of support and comfort for all-day wear.
When choosing a sports bra for different seasons, consider the climate and the type of activities you will be doing. In warmer months, look for bras made with lightweight, breathable fabrics that wick moisture away from the skin. In cooler months, you might prefer bras with additional coverage or layering options that still provide support without overheating.
